Under 14's League 4th November 2007 Catchgate 3 v Sheriff Hill 3 This game was more of an experiment as I was looking to lift this team to the same performances as the start of the season. We started very brightly and were in control for most of the 1st half and had the better chances. The first goal came within 10 mins when Robin Watkins ran onto a through ball and lobbed the goalkeeper with ease. We then conceded a goal and Catchgate started to get back into the game before Tim Graham scored just before half time to give us a 2 v 1 lead going into the break. We were caught out very early on as Catchgate equalised. Almost immediately after Tim Graham scored again to give us the lead, but with 10 mins left Catchgate scored from a free kick to make it 3 v 3 and thats the way it stayed in a game which this was the fairest result. I was very happy with our performance and think we are very much on track again. Final Score - Catchgate 3 v Sheriff Hill 3 Man of the Match - Tim Graham
